Program Description

Modern leadership can be challenging for everyone, but women face unique obstacles as they climb. With fewer role models at the top, many women struggle with confidence, inclusion and feeling like they have a voice. Despite these challenges, the fact remains that women are natural leaders and equally suited and qualified to impact strong and productive business cultures. This 3-part workshop series starts with a DiSC assessment and builds you as a leader through awareness of self, assessment of skill and mastery of mindset. This interactive series helps you create a progressive strategy to increase credibility and influence.
